Individual Training

Dog training sessions for you and your dog, in your own home or at our local country parks in Brentwood. Having an individual training session means we can concentrate on you and your dog, whether you are having one specific problem, or a range of problems that you’d like to work on. We are able to work with you even if you are currently attending a dog training class – we will avoid doing anything that will ‘clash’ with other training you are given if you let us know.

Thank you for all your assistance with Coco so far. She is better behaved but still work in progress so we will be in touch again soon for some more training!

Dogs are taught to work with their families as a team, building on your relationship as a family, doing as you ask through choice via play and reward based training methods.

Puppy Socialisation Walks

It can be nerve wracking to take your new puppy off the lead in the park. What if they don’t come back? What if another dog attacks them? Or puppy wants to play, but other dogs seem too rough or tell your puppy off?

I would recommend Boredom Busters to anyone, and cannot praise enough. It has helped us immensely, Linda is not only an expert in her field but approachable and goes out of her way to help with any concerns or issues that arise.
Lynn T., Bernese Mountain Dog

Join Linda and one of her dogs on a walk in a local country park. You will learn how to teach your puppy to come when called no matter what is going on, and how to decide which dogs your puppy should meet and which it should avoid. Good socialisation is about having positive experiences, not meeting every dog in the park.

Your puppy will learn how to interact appropriately with other dogs, and still listen to you even around distractions. Session will be around 30-60 minutes depending on puppy’s age – Linda will answer as many of your questions as she can in the time.

Please contact Linda for an information pack with more details of the training, and the fees, as well as how to book your sessions. We always like to talk on the phone to be sure we are offering the right service for your needs, so please do leave us your phone number and a good time to call you.

Residential training (or 'board and train')

Dog training may be available in Linda's home for small dog breeds only.
