Dog Walking
Brentwood has some beautiful open spaces, grassland, parks, woodland, ponds and wetlands as
well as urban areas and Boredom Busters Dog & Puppy Services use all of these to the full
to give your dog physical exercise and allow them to express their natural breed behaviours in
a safe environment.
We specialise in carefully chosen, exclusive group walks around Brentwood for dogs over six months (for younger dogs please see the Puppy Package page). Walks are limited to four dogs per dog walker to ensure personal attention for each dog. In return the dogs give us a lot of attention as they enjoy playing games with us.
- 'Wild' agility
- Hide and seek
- Recall games
- Lost and Found searching for items and toys
- Retrieve
- Swimming and paddling
- Mad moments - ears back, tail down, zooooooom as fast as they can.
The dogs learn to respond to directions and listen for instructions, which can make them more responsive to their owners as well. However, if your dog needs specific help, especially at coming back when called, or walking without pulling on the lead, please speak to Linda about training services.
The combination of physical and mental activity leads to a more contented companion for you, which, in turn, will give you and your dog a happier home life.
Dogs may be walked on the lead for all or part of the walk, although our aim is for each dog to have as much off lead time as possible. Dogs that pull strongly on the lead will need to wear a no-pull harness or head collar.
As professional dog walkers Boredom Busters Dog & Puppy Services obey all related Laws, Bylaws, Codes of Conduct and Dog Control Orders that may be in force around Brentwood. Dogs we walk are regularly complimented on how well behaved they are.
Due to high demand for our services, Linda has created a small team of professional dog walkers; all are dog lovers and most live with dogs. Linda cares for puppies, and dogs who need more specialised care, but relies heavily on her team to help with the adult dogs.

Dog Sitting
If you would like your dog visited at home in the Brentwood area, this can be arranged. This suits dogs that may be unable to accompany us on my group walks due to illness, infirmity, old age, or any other reason, but still need to be let out to the toilet, fed, played with or just have some company. A short walk can be included if required. Evening visits are available, after 6pm is charged at a higher rate, up to 9pm.
Linda has experience of caring for dogs that are post operative, or otherwise not very mobile and looks after dogs that need extra care herself. We can keep them mentally stimulated with our games for dogs if physical exercise is not possible. If your dog is under six months, please see the Puppy Package page.
